THE APPLICATION

Bored Piles.
Faster Programme.
Bored piling is traditionally completed via a piling rig with multiple pieces of machinery in the vicinity - auger rigs and cleaning buckets all working to clear spoil from the hole before concrete is poured. Each extra machine adds cost, congestion, and risk to an already tight site.
Dry Vac X challenges that model. Our vacuum excavation trucks remove pile spoil directly from ground level, in a single pass, without a second rig on site. No water is introduced, and the surrounding ground remains undisturbed. The result is a smaller equipment footprint and a faster pile programme - one machine doing the work that used to take several.
Removes cuttings, loose material, and pile toe debris
No water introduced - no change to surrounding ground moisture
Fast extraction - significantly reduces pile programme time
Spoil removed from site cleanly in the truck's holding tank

Spoil management
FAST - CONTINUOUS SUCTION EXTRACTION
MINIMAL - SUCTION ONLY
CONTAINED IN TRUCK - REMOVED FROM SITE
Slow - manual or limited mechanical access
Higher risk of sidewall collapse
Manual removal or on-site stockpile
