4. Equipment Hire

All equipment rented from Dry Vac X is subject to a hire agreement, which must be agreed upon and signed by both parties before the commencement of the hire period.

The customer agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as when received, barring normal wear and tear.

The customer agrees to comply with all operating instructions and safety guidelines provided by Dry Vac X.

Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for plant hire are due as per the terms specified in the hire agreement.

Late payments may incur late payment fees and interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to the hire agreement for cancellation period details, as cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dry Vac X, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Dry Vac X, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
